AC FILTER and Fan cleaning:- To ensure the efficiency of your air conditioner, routinely replace or clean its filters and check its fans. Clogged or dirty filters block normal airflow and reduce a system's performance significantly. Replacing a dirty filter with a clean one lowers the energy consumption by 5% to 15%.

Drain cleaning and leakage check :- Clogged drain channels prevent a unit from reducing humidity, and the resulting excess moisture may discolour walls or carpet. Debris is the usual culprit for clogs and for drain lines they are mold, dirt, etc. Clogged drain lines prevent the water from going anywhere but the inside of the home.

AC condenser and Evaporator coil cleaning :- Outdoor condenser coils can become very dirty if the outdoor environment is dusty or if there is foliage nearby. A clean filter prevents the evaporator coil from soiling quickly.

AC condenser and Evaporator fan cleaning :- Dirty coils can lead to; increased operating temperatures, reduced comfort, decreased cooling efficiency, increased cooling costs, increased system wear, system repairs. Due to the tight spacing between the coil fins, surface moisture from the cooling process, among other reasons dirt, dust, debris, etc can build up on the coil surfaces.
